Access to this site is free and requires no registration. By using it you accept these terms. Information about the menu, prices and opening hours is published in good faith and may change; to confirm availability or prices before your visit, please call us.

Data controller

Concepto Innovación GLS, S.L. (C.I.F. B02736791), at the address and contact details above, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website.

What data we process, and why

We only process the data you give us. If you book a table, we process your name, phone number, email and the booking details (date, time, party size and any notes you add) for the sole purpose of managing and confirming that booking. If you email us, we process the data in your message in order to reply. The legal basis is the performance of your request and your consent in submitting it. We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions.

Marketing

We do not use your data to send you advertising or marketing messages, unless you give us separate, explicit consent to do so.

Retention

We keep booking data for as long as needed to handle the booking and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law. Contact messages are kept for as long as the enquiry is open. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Processor and recipients

The website and the booking system are built and maintained by Bouzon Digital (trading name of Pablo Bouzon, Spanish N.I.E. Z0115635L), acting as data processor under Article 28 GDPR, with servers in the European Union. We do not share your data with any third party except where legally required. Cloudflare, Inc. serves this site and measures visits in aggregate, without cookies (see the cookie policy).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected] or by post to the address above, providing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

In line with article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE), this section explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) this website uses. A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device to remember information.

Strictly necessary (no consent required):

bz-consent — the browser's local storage, first-party. It stores your cookie choice and the date you made it. It lasts 13 months; after that we ask you again.
Reservas (bookings.bouzondigital.com) — the booking form on this site, provided by Bouzon Digital as data processor. It sets no cookies when it loads. Only if you tick “Remember my details on this device” (unticked by default) does it store your name, email and phone in the local storage of bookings.bouzondigital.com to pre-fill the form next time, for 6 months; “Forget my details”, or unticking the box when you book, deletes them. If the booking requires a deposit, the payment is handled by Stripe, which uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.

Visit measurement (on every visit):

Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) — Cloudflare, which serves this site, adds a small script to every page that measures visits in aggregate (page views, country, device type and load time) by reading technical data from your browser; Cloudflare receives your IP address, as any web server does. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not use fingerprinting to recognise you. It runs on every visit, including when you reject third-party cookies. More information.

Third-party (only loaded if you accept them):

Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — interactive map of the location. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receives your IP address. If you decline, you will see a link to open the location in Google Maps instead. More information.

How to give or withdraw consent: when you arrive we show a notice with three buttons of the same size: “Accept”, “Reject” and “Settings” (to choose service by service). Continuing to browse does not count as accepting: until you accept, none of the third-party services listed above loads. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or here: . Withdrawing consent does not delete cookies a third party has already set; to do that, delete them in your browser settings.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and other content on this site belong to its owner or are used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Act 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
