What data we process, and why
We only process the data you give us. If you book a table, we process your name, phone number, email and the booking details (date, time, party size and any notes you add) for the sole purpose of managing and confirming that booking. If you email us, we process the data in your message in order to reply. The legal basis is the performance of your request and your consent in submitting it. We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions.
Marketing
We do not use your data to send you advertising or marketing messages, unless you give us separate, explicit consent to do so.
Retention
We keep booking data for as long as needed to handle the booking and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law. Contact messages are kept for as long as the enquiry is open. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Processor and recipients
The website and the booking system are built and maintained by Bouzon Digital (trading name of Pablo Bouzon, Spanish N.I.E. Z0115635L), acting as data processor under Article 28 GDPR, with servers in the European Union. We do not share your data with any third party except where legally required.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected] or by post to the address above, providing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses its own technical cookies, needed for it to work and to remember your language preference and your cookie choice. In addition, two third-party services may set cookies when you use them: the Google Maps map on the contact page and the booking system hosted at bookings.bouzondigital.com. You can reject non-essential cookies from the notice shown on arrival, and the rest of the site will keep working normally. You can also delete or block them from your browser settings.

The text, photographs, logos and other content on this site belong to its owner or are used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.
